Thai Kitchen Advice
My kitchen probably looks a lot like yours. It is medium sized and fairly up to date. I have a really nice range to make my food and lots of storage space for my ingredients. I would like to have more counter space and some day, I will! However, for now, I am making the best of what I have and still turning out food to die for, just ask my husband!
I am not one to try and convince readers to buy all sorts of useless stuff for their kitchens. It is better to invest in a few quality tools, such as a good wok, some sharp knives, a few cutting boards, a mortar and pestle and a range of spices, herbs and sauces, than it is to buy “un-necessaries” which will just clutter your kitchen. If you are a gadget fanatic, then fine. I will not tell you not to buy them, but most gadgets really are not needed to make your dreamy Thai recipes come to life.
