Thai Stir Fried Broccoli Ingredients for 2 servings
1 bunch of broccoli (cut into florets)
Bunch of baby broccoli (cut into 2 inches)
1 tablespoon of mushroom sauce
1 tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon of bean sauce
½ teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
1 tablespoon of chopped chili
1 tablespoon of oil
1-2 tablespoons of water (If you need more sauce.)
Thai Stir Fried Broccoli Directions
- Wash and drain the broccoli and baby broccoli and set aside in a medium bowl.
- Add the chopped garlic and and chopped chili into the broccoli bowl.
- Add the mushroom sauce, soy sauce, bean sauce and sugar into the broccoli bowl.
- Add the oil to a medium sized skillet over high heat. Wait until the oil gets hot (when smoke start to come up), then add the mixture to stir fry in the skillet.
- Stir fry for 5 minutes. Add water to the skillet to add make more sauce, as needed.
- Taste your sauce and adjust the flavor to how you like it.
- Turn off the stove and transfer the meal to serve over rice.
